释义	法律分析：工资按月发放。当月发放上月的工资是可以的，但是跨月就违法；如果公司拖欠工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位限期发放工资，逾期不支付的，还要加付赔偿金。法律依据：《劳动法》第五十条：工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条：工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
