释义	法律分析：辞职领导不同意的，那就等一个月。需要辞职的劳动者，如果是正式同员工的话，只要提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同，并不需要用人单位同意。如果是在试用期内的话，只需要提前三天通知用人单位，即可解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
