释义	法律分析：劳动者和用人单位建立劳动关系，劳动者上24小时休24小时，用人单位是按照劳动者实际出勤的工时计算劳动者工资的，不会单独计算休息日的工资。劳动者主动辞职的，用人单位是无需支付任何经济补偿金或者赔偿金的。这5种情况下辞职，可以要求单位赔偿： 1、用人单位规章制度违法，损害劳动者权益的； 2、用人单位没按劳动合同履行约定的； 3、用人单位没有及时支付工资、加班费、奖金； 4、用人单位不依法缴纳社保的； 5、用人单位欺骗劳动者，威胁劳动者签订劳动合同或者更变劳动合同的。
