释义	现在驾驶证已经取消年审(年检)，6年换证。但是b1,b2,a1,a2,a3证(以前的a证,b证)每年在当事人驾驶证的初次领证日期后15日内要向车管所提交一份体检表.其它证不用每年体检。超过机动车驾驶证有效期一年以上未换证，被注销未超过两年的，通过科目一的考试后可恢复你驾驶证的正常使用;如果被注销超过两年的，则需要重新申领。法律依据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十七条
