释义	法律分析：被撞车辆在泊车位内正常停放，无需承担责任;如被撞车辆因车辆故障等特殊原因，临时停放在泊车位以外的地方，在来车方向设置明显的警示标志，被撞车辆也无需承担责任;如在泊车位外无正当理由违规停放，而且在来车方向又无警示标志，被撞方需承担次要责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
