法律分析:劳动合同到期后,如果劳动者或用人单位提出不再续签的,用人单位应一次性结清全部的工资的,如果是用人单位提出不再续签的,还应支付终止合同的经济补偿金的。法律依据如下:《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时,用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
