释义	借条复印件在作为证据是有法律效力的。但是使用时会出现两种情况：①一种是经过与原件核对无误或者对方当事人不表示异议，就会被采信。②另一种情况就是因无法与原件核实或者遭到对方当事人的异议即被否定。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第十一条规定：当事人向人民法院提供证据，应当提供原件或者原物。如需自己保存证据原件、原物或者提供原件、原物确有困难的，可以提供经人民法院核对无异的复制件或者复制品。
