释义	工程建设项目合同工期延长的，施工企业应当于合同工期到期前，凭建设单位与施工单位签订的补充合同或其他有效证明材料，到社会保险经办机构办理延期备案手续。工伤保险期限不得超过工程建设项目竣（交、完）工合格验收的期限。未及时办理延期手续期间发生工伤事故的，相关待遇工伤保险基金不予支付。建筑企业承建的工程延长施工期限的，缴费单位必须提前30天填写《建筑业企业工程延期申请表》向保险关系股申报备案，申请工伤保险延期。但每次申请延期期限最长不超过半年。法律依据《工伤保险条例》第二条
