释义	法律分析：在我国，由于商标法实行的是“申请在先”原则，出于种种目的，有些不是很负责任的商标注册代理机构会告诉企业：“TM”就是注册中商标的意思，拿到《商标受理通知书》之后，标注“TM”就可以使用这个商标了，只不过不可以标注是注册商标罢了。法律依据：《商标印制管理办法》第十五条本办法所称“商标标识”是指与商品配套一同进入流通领域的带有商标的有形载体，包括注册商标标识和未注册商标标识。
