释义	法律分析：不能。诚信有逾期，也就是有失信记录，这对当兵是很重要的，肯定会影响政审的。法律依据：《征兵政治审查工作规定》第三十二条经查实确属政治条件不合格的，由师、旅级以上单位的保卫部门审查，报师、旅级以上单位的政治机关批准，作政治退兵处理。退兵的期限，自新兵到达部队之日起至批准退兵之日止，不超过90天。对超过期限发现的政治条件不合格的新兵，按照军队有关规定处理。退兵后不再补换。
