释义	法律分析: 因承运人的原因，旅客退票，票款全部退还。因旅客原因，申请退票，在航班规定起飞时间：24小时以前，应支付原票款10％的退票费；24小时以内，2小时以前，应支付原票款20％的退票费；2小时以内，应支付原票款30％的退票费；误机，应支付原票款50％的退票费。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
