释义	法律分析：专利公开是将请求保护的发明通过科学刊物书面公开，或通过演讲口头公开，或在展览会上展出发明的物品或物品构成的发明方法。公开的另一种含义是在专利申请或专利说明书中请求保护的发明，并且要求这种公开必须清楚。完整，能使同行业技术熟练人员能够据以实施的程度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十九条发明专利申请经实质审查没有发现驳回理由的，由国务院专利行政部门作出授予发明专利权的决定，发给发明专利证书，同时予以登记和公告。发明专利权自公告之日起生效。
