释义	法律分析: 法律性质不同，适用范围不同，法律后果不同，救济途径不同，从法律后果上看，责令停产停业的处罚决定具有终局性。被许可人在责令停产停业期限届满后，自动恢复行政许可资格，不需再重新申请相关行政许可。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第四十二条当事人有要求举行听证的权利，而对责令停业整顿并未规定要求听证的救济措施。基于此，行政机关在作出责令停业整顿的处理决定时，无须告知当事人有要求举行听证的权利。第二十三条行政机关实施行政处罚时，应当责令当事人改正或者限期改正违法行为。
