释义	法律分析：提前还款收取违约金是合法的。提前还款的违约金是在借贷款双方的合同中共同认可的条款，一旦借款方在指定的时间内提前还清全部贷款，或大部分本金，借款人将支付一笔违约金。违约金一般是按照提前还款时的未结余额的百分比计算(一般是2%到5%);或规定若干个月份的利息。但最高违约金受到合同或法律的约束。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
