释义	法律分析：买卖合同没有约定的利息的，债务人不需要支付欠款利息。如经法院判决后仍未履行的，在执行程序中，申请人可以要求支付迟延履行期间的债务利息。迟延履行期间的债务利息按日万分之一点七五计算。买卖合同对于欠款没有约定利息的，债权人无权要求支付利息，提出此诉讼请求的，法院也不会予以支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
