释义	法律分析：没有约定期限的合同不可以随时解除。法律对合同效力期限没有特别规定，则依合同自由原则，当事人可任意约定期限。但若法律既无特别规定，当事人又未约定期限或约定不明确的，则合同将永久性地约束双方，任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
