释义	法律分析：不可以，但是口头承诺如果无法证实，没有法律效力。尽量将口头承诺书面化，方便举证。当事人订立合同，有书面形式、口头形式和其他形式。当事人约定采用书面形式的，应当采用书面形式。因为这个书面的协议只要是在自愿的情况下签定的，而且又是完全民事行为人的话，就具有法律效力，违反了，就等于违反了合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百三十五条民事法律行为可以采用书面形式、口头形式或者其他形式；法律、行政法规规定或者当事人约定采用特定形式的，应当采用特定形式。
