释义	行政复议撤销之后，肯定是可以继容续申请的，但是这个申请必须要限制在一个范围之内，必须不能是同一个事实同一个理由的，否则的话不可以在申请行政复议。申请人一旦撤回行政复议申请，行政复议终止，申请人不能再以同一事实和理由再次申请行政复议。法条根据：《行政复议法实施条例》第三十八条第二款申请人撤回行政复议申请的，不得再以同一事实和理由提出行政复议申请。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
