释义	法律分析：不可以。否则学籍会在原学校,自动升级上去。法律依据：《中小学生学籍管理办法》第十四条学生转学或升学的，转入学校应通过电子学籍系统启动学籍转接手续，转出学校及双方学校学籍主管部门予以核办。转入、转出学校和双方学校学籍主管部门应当分别在10个工作日内完成学生学籍转接。第十五条学生办理学籍转接手续后，转出学校应及时转出学籍档案，并在1个月内办结。第十六条学生转学或升学后，转入学校应当以收到的学籍档案为基础为学生接续档案。
