消防通道高度要求标准

法律分析：
根据消防建筑的要求：小区内所有超过4米宽的道路都属于消防通道。当建筑的沿街长度超过150米或总长度超过220米时，消防车道距外墙宜为5米，至少达到3.5米宽，消防车道宽度不应小于4米，消防车道上空4米以下范围内不应有障碍物，穿过高层建筑的消防车道，其净宽和净高均要超过4米。此外，消防通道最好以环形为主，不是环形的话就必须设置回车场。
法律依据：
《GB50016-2014建筑设计防火规范》 7.1.8消防车道应符合下列要求：1、车道的净宽度和净空高度均不小于4.0米。
