释义	法律分析：不能直接写。购房合同上是父亲的名字,办房产证只能是父亲名字,不可以写儿子的名字,如果想改的话,要找开发商换合同以及房产局的备案合同。有些开发商不同意,可以等办理房产证后父亲赠与给儿子,这样页可以过户到儿子名下。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十一条当事人订立合同，可以采取要约、承诺方式或者其他方式。第四百七十二条要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件： (一)内容具体确定; (二)表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
