释义	法律分析：终止合同不需要还合同的。合同自双方确认终止时失去合同效力，对双方都不会有约束力。但为了保险起见，终止合同的时候可起草解除合同的协议，双方进行签名和写上日期，或者可以发送邮件。若用口头解除可以进行录音，避免日后发生合同纠纷，死无对证，防止对方侵害自己的利益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合同法》第九十三条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的条件。解除合同的条件成就时，解除权人可以解除合同。
