释义	法律分析：算。银行房贷是没有还款宽限期的，只要是还款日第二天还款，就会算用户逾期。逾期的定义就是贷款人没有按照规定在还款日到期前及时还款，哪怕是贷款人只逾期了一天，但在行为上面依旧构成了逾期。只不过这种逾期不会被贷款机构上报给征信系统，因此并不会对贷款人的征信造成什么影响。法律依据：  根据《中华人民共和国合同法》第二百零一条规定贷款人未按照约定的日期、数额提供借款，造成借款人损失的，应当赔偿损失。借款人未按照约定的日期、数额收取借款的，应当按照约定的日期、数额支付利息。
