释义	法律分析：房地一体的理解： 1、在我国房屋所有权和土地使用权的关系是“房地一体原则”，通俗的说就是“房随地走、地随房走”； 2、转让时，房屋的所有权和该房屋占用范围内的土地使用权必须同时转让；土地使用权转让时，该土地范围内的房屋必须同时转让；房地产抵押时，房屋所有权和该房屋所占用范围内的土地使用权同时抵押。法律依据《民法典》第三百五十七条建筑物、构筑物及其附属设施转让、互换、出资或者赠与的，该建筑物、构筑物及其附属设施占用范围内的建设用地使用权一并处分。
