释义	法律分析：不会。被宣告死亡的人与配偶的婚姻关系，自死亡宣告之日起消灭。死亡宣告被人民法院撤销，如果其配偶尚未再婚的，夫妻关系从撤销死亡宣告之日起自行恢复；如果其配偶再婚后又离婚或者再婚后配偶又死亡的，则不得认定夫妻关系自行恢复。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十六条夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
