释义	法律分析：不可以，发票专用章是指企业、单位和个体工商业户购买和开具发票时须加盖发票专用章。合同章是与别人 (个人或单位等)签合同时盖的章。所以，对外签订合同的，要么加盖公章，要么加盖合同专用章，而不能仅盖财产章或者发票章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十三条开具发票应当按照规定的时限、顺序，逐栏、全部联次一次性如实开具，并加盖单位财务印章或者发票专用章。
