释义	薪级工资一年调一次。从2006年7月1日起，年度考核结果为合格及其以上等级的工作人员，每年增加一级薪级工资，从第二年的1月起执行。工作人员岗位变动后，原薪级工资低于新聘岗位起点薪级工资的，执行新聘岗位起点薪级工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十三条用人单位在劳动者完成劳动定额或规定的工作任务后，根据实际需要安排劳动者在法定标准工作时间以外工作的，应分别按150%、200%、300%支付劳动者的工资。因此，加班加点工资是在法定标准工作时间以外劳动者所从事的劳动而支付的报酬。法律依据:
