不可以。生产商品的时候有质量标准而没有执行该标准的，商品可以认定为存在缺陷，购买者如果因此受到损失的，可以要求销售者进行赔偿，如果是生产者原因的，销售者可向生产者追偿。

《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百零五条 因买受人的原因致使标的物未按照约定的期限交付的，买受人应当自违反约定时起承担标的物毁损、灭失的风险。
