问题	债权人欠条可以转让嘛
释义	借条属于债权，债权人是可以转让的。只要通知债务人，转让就发生法律效力，没有通知债务人的该转让对债务人不发生效力。但存在下列情形的不能转让：（一）根据合同性质不得转让；（二）按照当事人约定不得转让；（三）依照法律规定不得转让。法律依据：根据《民法典》第六百九十六条规定：债权人转让全部或者部分债权，未通知保证人的，该转让对保证人不发生效力。
