释义	法律分析：缓刑期满后也就自动解除了。社区的矫正人员矫正期满后，司法所应该到当地的组织解除社区矫正并且进行宣告。宣告是由司法单位的工作人员所主持，并且按照规定的法律程序公开进行。地方司法单位的行政机构应该向社区矫正的处事人员进行发放解除地方的矫正证明书，并且书面通知决定单位。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十六条对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第七十七条规定的情形，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行，并公开予以宣告。
