释义	股权质押后，未经质权人同意公司不得办理减资程序。办理股权出质登记后，未经出质人与质权人协商一致，该股权不得转让，出质人也不得减少相应的出资。经出质人与质权人协商一致同意出质人减少相应出资的，除按照法律规定提交文件办理注册资本变更登记外，还应当同时办理股权出质变更登记。股权质押后公司减资会危害到债权人的权益，质权人(债权人)有权要求出质人提供相应的担保或提前清偿。法律依据《民法典》第四百三十三条、第三百九十三条
