释义	法律分析：拒绝要约后要约失效了。要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，受要约人同意要约的，可以作出承诺；承诺生效时，合同成立，双方当事人之间建立权利义务关系。要约被受要约人拒绝的，要约失效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十五条要约可以撤回。要约的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。第四百七十八条有下列情形之一的，要约失效：（一）要约被拒绝；（二）要约被依法撤销；（三）承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺；（四）受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。
