释义	法律分析：辞职后，原公司就不会继续交社保了，原单位会去社保局办理减员手续，这样社保就自动封停。但是辞职后的社保是可以办理转移、转出的。如果辞职后马上找到新的单位工作的话，可以办理转移手续，由新单位续保，这样的话，续保费用也是由新单位承担。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十九条国家采取措施，建立健全劳动者社会保险关系跨地区转移接续制度。第五十条用人单位应当在解除或者终止劳动合同时出具解除或者终止劳动合同的证明，并在十五日内为劳动者办理档案和社会保险关系转移手续。
