释义	法律分析：同居有两种类型：一种是未婚男女共同生活，并且没有领取结婚证的同居；二是有配偶者与他人同居，这种多是有配偶者与婚外异性，不以夫妻名义持续稳定的共同居住。针对第一种同居，如果一方想要解除同居关系的，可以双方协商解决，如果协商不成，到法院起诉要求解除同居关系的，人民法院不予受理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
