释义	法律分析：已被录取的考生，不得退档或转录其他学校。如果考生本人要求退档，或不去录取学校报到注册，将视作考生自愿放弃录取资格。由于学籍管理部门是依据高中录取名册为高中学生建立学籍，因此，如无任何学校录取，即使进入高中学校就读，也无法取得高中学籍。如无高中学籍，将无法报名参加高考和获得高中毕业证。因此，考生要珍惜自己的录取资格，不得随意要求退档或不去录取学校报到注册，否则将承担由此造成的严重后果。法律依据：《普通高等学校学生管理规定》第二十三条学生转学由学生本人提出申请，说明理由，经所在学校和拟转入学校同意，由转入学校负责审核转学条件及相关证明，认为符合本校培养要求且学校有培养能力的，经学校校长办公会或者专题会议研究决定，可以转入。研究生转学还应当经拟转入专业导师同意。跨省转学的，由转出地省级教育行政部门商转入地省级教育行政部门，按转学条件确认后办理转学手续。须转户口的由转入地省级教育行政部门将有关文件抄送转入学校所在地的公安机关。
