释义	法律分析：涉密证据不得在开庭时公开质证。然而，就如公开审判一样，公开质证可以分为两个层次，一是向当事人和其他诉讼参与人公开，二是向社会公开。不公开审理的案件中，所有证据的质证都不能向社会公开，但并不代表其中的某些证据，尤其是不涉密证据不能向当事人和其他诉讼参与人公开。法律依据：《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第四十七条第一款作出了相应的规定，即“证据应当在法庭上出示，由当事人质证。未经质证的证据，不能作为认定案件事实的依据。”
