法律分析：先登记是中介帮你按你要求的条件找房子。要注意的是：要出租人提供房屋所有权证及身份证，证明他是房主，因为有些人把租来的房子租出去，你交完钱后他就跑了，而真正的房主因为没有收到钱而不让你入住，你损失就大了。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百六十二条 中介人应当就有关订立合同的事项向委托人如实报告。
中介人故意隐瞒与订立合同有关的重要事实或者提供虚假情况，损害委托人利益的，不得请求支付报酬并应当承担赔偿责任。
