释义	法律分析：办结婚证前，要对女方进行政审，主要是查女方的政治态度，和工作情况，是需要女方工作单位及户口所在地街道或派出所盖章的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条破坏军婚罪，是指明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的行为。刑法规定：明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条（强奸罪）的规定定罪处罚。
