释义	法律分析：由发货人付来回邮费钱，快递公司把货返还给发货人时交付邮费，可以和对方协商邮费问题。如果客户不收，寄方也不收，那么这个货物就会堆积到快递公司内，由公司内部人员进行处理。法律依据：《快递市场管理办法》第二十四条经营快递业务的企业对无法投递的快件(邮件)，应当退回寄件人。对无法投递又无法退回寄件人的快件(邮件)，企业应当登记，并按照国务院邮政管理部门的规定和快递服务标准处理中无法投递又无法退回的进境国际快件(邮件)，应当依照相关规定交由有关部门处理。
