释义	如果成年子女和父母一同生活，则父母欠下的债用家庭共同财产归还；如果父母死亡，子女继承了父母的遗产，则在遗产继承范围内承担还款义务;如果父母死亡子女又没有继承财产，则子女没有还款义务。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十三条既有法定继承又有遗嘱继承、遗赠的，由法定继承人清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；超过法定继承遗产实际价值部分，由遗嘱继承人和受遗赠人按比例以所得遗产清偿。
