释义	产权纠纷的房屋是指房屋产权关系存在争议，产权人还未确定的房屋。房屋拆迁时，如果产权人尚处于不确定的状态就无法签订拆迁补偿协议，就要求纠纷人应该在房屋拆迁主管部门公布的规定期限内尽快解决纠纷，以便拆迁工作顺利进行。法律依据：《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》第二十五条拆除有产权纠纷房屋，在房屋拆迁主管部门公布的规定期限内纠纷未解决的，由拆迁人提出补偿安置方案，报县级以上人民政府房屋拆迁主管部门批准后实施拆迁。拆迁前房屋拆迁主管部门应当组织拆迁人对被拆除房屋作勘察记录，并向公证机关办理证据保全。
