释义	仲裁委员会在收到申诉人的申诉书后，应在填写《立案审批表》之日起7日内决定是否受理。仲裁委员会决定不予立案的，将在作出决定之日起7日内制作不予受理通知书，送达申诉人;决定立案的，将在作出决定之日起7日内向申诉人发出受理通知书，并将申诉书的副本送达被诉人。被诉人应当自收到申诉书副本之日起15日内提交答辩书和有关证据。
