释义	房产证在银行抵押是不可以拿出来的。抵押人以房屋设定抵押的，应当到房屋登记部门办理抵押登记。只有在还清银行债务后，才能向登记部门申请变更抵押登记，解除抵押。法律依据：《房屋登记办法》第四十二条　以房屋设定抵押的，当事人应当申请抵押权登记。《房屋登记办法》第四十三条申请抵押权登记，应当提交下列文件：（一）登记申请书；（二）申请人的身份证明；（三）房屋所有权证书或者房地产权证书；（四）抵押合同；（五）主债权合同；（六）其他必要材料。
