释义	法律分析：知道案件情况的人都可以做证人,因生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼而不能辨别是非、不能正确表达意志的人以外。亲属可以做证人,但属于有利害关系的证人,如果没有其他证据佐证、对方又不认可的情况下,仅凭单一的亲属作为证人,很难得到认定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
