释义	法律分析：盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体罪(刑法第302条)，本罪是选择性罪名，盗窃尸体罪，是指秘密窃取尸体，置于自己实际支配下之行为。侮辱尸体罪，是指以暴露、猥亵、毁损、涂划、践踏等方式损害尸体的尊严或者伤害有关人员感情的行为。本罪侵犯的直接客体是社会风尚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零二条盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体、尸骨、骨灰的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
