释义	法律分析: 不可以，公司对公司签的合同按要求应把钱打入公司账户。以公司的名义签订合同，把工程款打到个人帐户的行为，违反了银行的《支付结算办法》。因此不可以这样做，不具有法律效力。法律依据: 《支付结算办法》第六十七条该账户的款项只能转入单位或个体工商户的存款账户，严禁转入储蓄和信用卡账户。第二百三十五条单位和个人违反本办法的规定，银行停止其使用有关支付结算工具，因此造成的后果，由单位和个人自行负责。
