释义	法律分析: 从2017年10月1日开始，催收物业费的诉讼时效，由2年变为3年。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于审理物业服务纠纷案例具体应用法律若干问题解释》第六条经书面催缴，业主无正当理由拒绝缴纳或者在催告的合理期限内仍未缴纳物业费，物业服务企业请求业主支付物业费的，人民法院应予以支持。诉讼时效期间自权利人知道或者应当知道权利受到损害以及义务人之日起计算。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。但是自权利受到损害之日起超过二十年的，人民法院不予保护。
