释义	法律分析： 1、女职工怀孕期间，如果从事的工作属于孕期禁忌从事的工作，则用人单位必须为其调换工作岗位。对于不能胜任原工作的，应当根据医院出具的证明，减轻其工作量或者安排其他工作。法律依据：《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》第二十六条妇女在经期、孕期、产期、哺乳期受特殊保护。第二十七条任何单位不得因结婚、怀孕、产假、哺乳等情形,降低女职工的工资,辞退女职工,单方解除劳动(聘用)合同或者服务协议。但是,女职工要求终止劳动(聘用)合同或者服务协议的除外。
