从请假之日起计算婚假，其中如果遇到双休日或者寒暑假，重叠的日期没有补假，也就是说，如果结婚的日期正好安排在节假日，婚假和节假日 重叠的部分也算是婚假假期。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
