释义	法律分析：没写日期只是形式要件欠缺，不影响实体部分的，一般说来，没有写明还款期限的，债权人可以随时主张，诉讼时效从第一次主张之日起三年，一直没有主张的，诉讼时效最长二十年，二十年过后，那就超过诉讼时效，法律不予保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十八条借款合同应当采用书面形式，但是自然人之间借款另有约定的除外。借款合同的内容一般包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。
